What is a heat pump?

It can also produce domestic hot water, and some models are reversible, so they can cool in summer.
It is a thermodynamic, economical solution, which can operate with or without an outdoor unit, depending on your home.

1 - You need to know the surface area of the room to be heated and/or cooled in ml (measurement in linear meters).

Example of choice:
- A room of 20 square meters in surface area (i.e. 5X4ml)
- A ceiling height (hsp) of 2.5ml
3 - Calculation: 20 x 2.5 x 40 = 2000w / Device used in the example of this calculation: 2.5kw in heating or cooling (Model 1 equipment)
40 (being the average calculation power expressed in Watts for a house after 2010 (RT 2010)* or a renovation corresponding to this period and/or higher. For an older construction, do not hesitate to take into account 50 or 60W depending on the construction and less than 40W for a very recent new construction, after 2020 (RE 2020)*. Be careful never to underestimate the power requirement and ideally, if possible, leave yourself a margin for material progression) (40W being the most commonly used average calculation) Excluding verandas or sales areas with a window (depending on the size of the surface), for which I advise, depending on the quality of the materials, to favor a power of 100W per m3.
Mandatory commissioning by L'EVOLU PAC : Commissioning and connection price €200 excluding VAT.
This price includes the connection of refrigeration pipes, (depending on the type of equipment) the nitrogen pressure test, the vacuum draw, breaking the vacuum, the opening of the refrigeration valves, the leak test, the configuration, the operating test, the service pressure measurement, the issuance of the leak certificate, the operating explanations and advice on use.

This price includes, the wall or floor support, 3ml of air conditioning duct (size 90/60mm) and 2 air conditioning duct accessories (e.g. elbow and wall outlet or duct and wall outlet joint, etc.) 5ml of M1 class refrigeration quality copper, 5ml of Ø16/20mm condensate drain pipe for natural gravity flow, 5ml of UE/UI bus connection cable. ( basic material required for a monosplit type installation )

The main European regulatory texts are Regulation No. 517/2014 of 16 April 2014 relating to fluorinated greenhouse gases and several implementing regulations:

The national regulation on greenhouse gases aims to define the practical implementation methods of Regulation 517/2014. Who is the rental intended for?
Whether you're an individual, tenant, or owner, a business, a landlord, or a community, we're ideal for your rental properties, mobile homes, chalets, etc.

By installing a thermodynamic tank for the production of Domestic Hot Water (DHW)
By recovering heat from the wastewater or grey water network (allows a pre-temperature increase in the cold water from the domestic hot water tank supply network)
By installing a connected thermostat managed by AI (regulation of temperatures and/or incoming flow on each transmitter).
